The walk in the enclosures
The guide shows how the outdoor spaces are organised, which plants offer shade and how the activity of the snails changes with temperature and season.
We don't promise the same behavior every day: the animals follow real environmental conditions. It is part of the agricultural experience.
From shell to harvest
We observe shell sizing and edging and explain when a snail is ready for commercial harvest. We then talk about purging and gastronomic destinations.
The visitor can connect the 1 kg package to the previous cycle, understanding why times and management affect the product.
The machine MullerOne
The tour continues with the machine used for drool extraction. We explain preparation, nebulization, collection of the secretion and return of the snails to the farm.
The demonstration helps distinguish the agricultural process from the subsequent cosmetic formulation.
Clothing and season
