These General Terms of Sale govern the purchase of products sold by Azienda Agricola Cascina Bruno through the website cascinabruno.com.

1Validity of the Terms

These General Terms of Sale govern the sale of products marketed by Azienda Agricola Cascina Bruno and apply to all purchases made on the website cascinabruno.com.

These terms may be amended at any time. Changes will be published on the website and will apply to orders placed after publication.

We recommend reading these terms carefully before making any purchase and printing a copy for future reference.

2Sales Contract

Placing an order on cascinabruno.com constitutes a purchase proposal by the customer. There is no binding commitment for Azienda Agricola Cascina Bruno until an order confirmation is sent to the customer via email.

The sales contract is deemed concluded when the customer receives the order confirmation at the email address provided during checkout.

Azienda Agricola Cascina Bruno reserves the right to withdraw from any commitment in the event of obvious errors relating to products, prices or other information on the website, as well as in the case of unusual or suspicious orders.

3Prices and Availability

All prices shown on the website are expressed in Euros and include VAT at the applicable rates.

Standard shipping in Italy costs €10.90 and is free for orders of at least €79.90. A dedicated quote is provided for international shipping. The applicable cost is shown before the order is confirmed.

Price and availability information on cascinabruno.com is subject to change without notice. However, the price applied to the order will always be the one confirmed at the time the order confirmation is sent.

4Payment Methods

Payments can be made through the following methods:

• Credit/debit card: Visa, Mastercard, American Express
• PayPal: secure payment via PayPal account
• Bank transfer: with advance payment before shipment

All payments are processed through secure and certified gateways. Credit card data is never stored on our servers.

5Delivery

The delivery times indicated on the website are estimates based on normal order processing and standard courier delivery times.

Azienda Agricola Cascina Bruno delivers goods to the courier generally by 4:00 PM on business days (Monday to Thursday), without this constituting a binding commitment and subject to force majeure events.

Deliveries are made throughout Italy and, for some products, also internationally. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and the time of year.

6Limitation of Liability

Azienda Agricola Cascina Bruno shall not be held liable for disruptions attributable to force majeure events, including but not limited to:

• Accidents and technical failures
• Strikes and labour disputes
• Natural disasters
• Acts of terrorism
• Government measures
• Communication network outages

Azienda Agricola Cascina Bruno shall not be liable to any party for direct or indirect damages resulting from non-performance caused by force majeure events. In such cases, the consumer shall be entitled solely to a refund of the price paid.

The company is also not liable for any fraudulent or unlawful use of credit cards or other payment methods by third parties.

7Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without penalty and without giving a reason within 14 days of delivery.

7.1 Withdrawal Procedure

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must:

1. Clearly communicate the decision to withdraw by emailing info@cascinabruno.com within 14 days of delivery
2. Return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after communicating the withdrawal
3. Bear the direct return cost, unless otherwise agreed or the goods are non-conforming, and retain proof of shipment

7.2 Product Conditions

The consumer may handle the goods only as necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. The following rules and exceptions apply:

• The consumer is liable only for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary
• Original packaging, accessories and documentation should be returned where available; their absence does not automatically exclude withdrawal but may affect diminished value
• Withdrawal is excluded for goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly
• Withdrawal is excluded for sealed goods unsuitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery

7.3 Non-Conforming Products

For non-conforming goods or goods damaged in transit, contact customer service before returning them. Cascina Bruno will bear the return cost. Withdrawal exceptions do not limit statutory conformity rights.

7.4 Refund

The refund may be issued through:

• Refund: using the same payment method used for the purchase, at no cost to the consumer
• Discount voucher: available as an alternative only with the consumer’s express agreement

All payments received, including the cost of standard delivery, will be reimbursed without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notice of withdrawal. Reimbursement may be withheld only until the goods are received or evidence of shipment is supplied, whichever occurs first. Supplementary delivery costs above the least expensive standard option are not reimbursed.

8Buyer's Obligations

The buyer undertakes to:

• Print and retain these General Terms of Sale, as well as the specifications of the purchased product
• Provide truthful, correct and complete information when placing an order
• Not enter false or fabricated information during the purchase process

The buyer is responsible for any errors in the personal or shipping data provided, which may cause delays or inability to deliver.

9Product Warranty

All products sold by Azienda Agricola Cascina Bruno are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided for by Articles 128-135 of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005).

The legal guarantee covers defects of conformity that appear within 24 months from the date of product delivery. For food products, the expiry date indicated on the packaging applies.

In the event of a defect of conformity, the customer is entitled to have the product brought into conformity through repair or replacement, or to a price reduction or contract termination.

10Personal Data Processing

Personal data provided by the customer will be processed in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and current Italian legislation on personal data protection.

11Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Sales contracts concluded through the website cascinabruno.com are governed by Italian law.

For any dispute relating to the application, execution and interpretation of these General Terms of Sale, the Court of Pescara shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless the customer is a consumer, in which case the court of the consumer's place of residence or domicile shall have jurisdiction.
