Order Processing

Orders are processed within 48 hours of payment confirmation. Orders placed during the weekend or after 12:00 PM on Friday are processed on the next business day.

Shipment Tracking

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking code (tracking number). You can use this code to monitor the shipment status directly on the courier's website.

Return Timeframes

Clearly communicate the decision to withdraw within 14 days of delivery. Prior authorisation is not required.

Return Conditions

The consumer may handle goods only as necessary to inspect them. The following return rules and exceptions apply:

• Return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notice of withdrawal
• Return original packaging, accessories and documentation where available; their absence may affect any diminished value
• The consumer is liable only for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary for inspection
• Withdrawal is excluded for goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly
• Withdrawal is excluded for sealed goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery

Return Procedure

Returns for Company Error

If you received an incorrect, damaged or non-conforming product, contact our customer service immediately before making the return.

In these cases, the return is completely free: Cascina Bruno will arrange the product pickup at its own expense and ship the correct product.

Refunds

The refund is made using the same payment method. A voucher is possible only with the customer’s express agreement.
