PHASE 1: Sanitisation and Awakening (Ozone Technology)
The snails are gently exposed to a fine mist of ozone-enriched water. This phase not only serves for cleansing, but acts as a true “awakening” and regeneration for the snails, preparing them for extraction in an aseptic and safe environment.
PHASE 2: Gentle Extraction
Stimulation occurs through the nebulisation of a solution containing a balanced amount of citric acid. This mildly acidic solution encourages the natural secretion of mucin in significant quantities without causing harm or suffering. This method preserves the integrity of bioactive molecules, ensuring the highest quality of the final product.
