After a scientific diploma from the Galileo Galilei high school in Pescara and two years of service in the Italian Navy, Francesco Bruno chose to return to his roots, embracing the family farming tradition with an eye toward innovation.
With dedication, he transformed the original olive grove of 200 trees into a productive reality that today has over 1,200, spread across 8 hectares of land in the hills of Elice.
In 2019, Francesco Bruno expanded the company's horizons by introducing open-field farming of Helix Aspersa Maxima snails, creating a virtuous circle between agriculture and heliciculture.
Today Francesco Bruno looks to the future, focusing on internationalizing his products and further developing the snail mucin cosmetic lines.
