Our snails are naturally raised and prepared with artisanal care. The sauté is made with garlic, fresh parsley and our DOP Aprutino Pescarese olive oil.
Excellent as a starter on toasted bread croutons, or as a sauce for fresh pasta. Briefly heat in a pan before serving to enhance the flavors.
